It's a little disheartening to experience such a big loss last week with just a single kilogram lost this week, when I haven't changed anything in my behaviour with food. I guess the body is weird like that. I should be pleased, though, it's a kilogram in the right direction. I did weigh myself on Wednesday morning and at that stage there was no movement. I had been stealing myself for a non-moving week, so in that way this kilogram is encouraging. Also I am now just 3 kilograms away from the 20 kg milestone.
