So I went and had dinner at Mum and Dad's this evening. They know that I'm losing weight now, so there was some lean chicken, roast potatoes, corn on the cob, peas and a banana for dessert. It was a filling meal. They do like to eat early, though. I plan to snack on some dates later on, so it shouldn't be an issue for me.
I've got a afternoon/evening shift tomorrow, so I get the morning off. I'm going to have to be careful with dinner. I will want to eat a piece of fruit at 5 and then at 9 when I get home, I'll probably just have some baked beans on toast.
