I'm posting this from my ipad, so the formating is a little out of whack compared to my normal weigh in posts. Sorry about that. But look at those numbers. This week I find myself in the 150s. I don't ever want to be in the 160s ever again and I am glad I made my way through them relatively rapidly and without incident.
A two kilo loss in one week is excellent. It looks like I'm alternating between modest loss and major loss week by week. I'm one kilo away from the 20 kg milestone. Hopefully that will happen next Sunday. 10 weeks in and I am seeing rapid progress. I'm really pleased about that.
