I think there's some more change evident this week, especially around the face. I can't really tell with respect to my body because this t-shirt isn't as clingy as other ones I like to use for profile shots. Especially the microfibre grey ones I've worn for the previous two weeks. I'm pretty sure my man boobs and arse are getting smaller, though.
I had to walk up an incline today, something I normally try to avoid. Dunedin is not without its share of streets on hills and I had to park all the way at the top of one to do something at the bottom of it. The last time I walked up Carroll Street, I was sweating and puffing. It was an unpleasant experience. Today, while I consciously breathed deeply as I made my way up the hill, I wasn't exhausted when I reached the top. It looks perfectly benign on Street View, but it's quite a non-scale-victory for me.
