Okay, I've been slacking with the blog posts, but I haven't been slacking with the diet. I've made some good progress, although week 21 was, once again, a week where there was a bit of a trough in my weight loss. Expected, but disappointing.

A reasonable loss this week and a pretty good milestone too, actually. I have now lost 20% of my start weight. There's a clutch of milestones coming up, of which this is the first. My BMI should, very soon, drop under 45. That will move me from a status of super obesity to morbid obesity. Which still doesn't sound very good, but it's a hell of an improvement on where I've been. Secondly, I'm only a few weeks away from the six month mark in this journey, and I'm pretty pleased about that. I have been resilient and that is paying off. I'm also maybe a month and a half away from the 100 lb milestone. I know I'm a metric kind of guy, but it will be good to hit the ton in that respect.
I'm harbouring a hope that I'll be in the 130s by July.
